Irish Winter Festival 2010

1. Super Satellites (€165+€15 Freezeout) to the Irish Winter Festival 2010 Main Event (Irish Masters) will commence 9th May 2010 at 19:45 GMT. The minimum number of players required for each €165+€15 Freezeout Super Satellite to run is 15.
2. Super Satellites (€60+€6 Rebuy & Add-on) to the Irish Winter Festival 2010 Main Event will commence 8th June 2010 at 19:45 GMT. The starting stack in these events is 2,000 chips. Each rebuy costs €30 for 3,000 chips and the add-on costs €30 for 5,000 chips. The minimum number of players required for each €60+€6 Rebuy & Add-on Super Satellite to run is 25.
3. Ticket Only Super Satellites (€165+€15 Freezeout) to the Irish Winter Festival 2010 Main Event will commence 5th August 2010 at 19:45 GMT. The minimum number of players required for each €165+€15 Ticket Only Super Satellite to run is 8. Players qualifying from a Ticket Only Super Satellite will receive only the €1,500+€150 Main Event (Irish Masters) buy-in.
4. The €2,700 Irish Winter Festival 2010 Prize Package (the Package) includes €1,500+€150 Main Event (Irish Masters) buy-in, €280 for four nights’ accommodation at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, €50 for handling fees and €720 for travel and spending.
5. Any individual player can only win one seat at the Irish Winter Festival 2010.
6. Players must be of legal age in the country of the land-based event to participate in any of the tournaments. In the event that a player is under age, bet365 will reclaim the seat with no cash alternative.
7. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.
8. By entering the Irish Winter Festival 2010 Satellites and/or Super Satellites each player agrees that should he/she win a €2,700 Irish Winter Festival 2010 Prize Package then he/she also agrees to represent bet365 by wearing branded clothing including but not limited to shirts and hats during all table play.
9. By entering the Irish Winter Festival 2010 Satellites and/or Super Satellites each player agrees to use of their real name, alias and images for any marketing purposes. Players agree that should he/she win a €2,700 Irish Winter Festival 2010 Prize Package then he/she also agrees to provide us with a diary/blog of their experience during the Irish Winter Festival 2010 event which we will use for any promotional or marketing activity.
10. No cash alternative will be made from Stage 1 or 2 Satellite or Super Satellite seats to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final. The only way for a player to be paid a cash alternative is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any cash alternative will be determined by bet365 whose decision shall be final.
11. bet365 shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the Irish Winter Festival 2010.
12. Only bet365 account holders can claim the €2,700 Irish Winter Festival 2010 Package. The Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Package-winners must play or forfeit the Package.
13. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
14. All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
15. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers. Offers only apply to customers who have made a real money deposit with bet365.
16. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
17. bet365 reserve the right to use first names, nicknames and/or alias in any announcements about tournament results, recipients of any promotional bonus and Progressive Jackpot winners.
18. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
19. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.
